The owners of Fuzion have an extensive history in the health and fitness industry. Combined, they have over 80 years experience in the fitness industry and have owned and operated our Braintree club since 1987. In 2007, the owners decided to create an independent entity that we own and control. Dedicated to providing members with the best in fitness and strength training, Fuzion Braintree has upgraded to state-of-the-art equipment, in addition to adding exciting and challenging group exercise classes. Fuzion Sports Club is now expanding with a brand new 20,000 square foot facility in Canton!

Fuzion Sports Club offers our members a spacious and exciting environment to train. Fitness enthusiasts and newcomers alike will enjoy the extensive cardio equipment, circuit training, free weights and hammer strength training. In addition, Fuzion has made it a priority to invest in talented and well trained group exercise instructors. Our extensive class schedule includes yoga, pilates, boot camp, spinning, salsa, hip hop classes and more. We pride ourselves on the ability to engage people of all fitness levels, and it's all included with your membership!

Another terrific start to a healthy lifestyle is working with a trained professional to get on the right track. Too many people exercise without a fully structured plan to achieve their goals. Let one of our Certified Personal Trainers get you to that next level of fitness. Your Fuzion trainer will safely tailor an exercise program specifically for you. And you can feel comfortable taking this time to care for yourself, even if you have a little one to look after, as we have childcare available to our members. So concentrate on yourself while you're at Fuzion, and we will concentrate on making your child feel comfortable. It's never too early to get kids excited about fitness!
